about me
In my career, I’ve helped build two startups by generating $50MM in revenue for one, and helping bring the other pre-seed company to a $9MM valuation.
I’ve spent over 7,000 hours coaching hundreds of high-performers.
And I’ve even played guitar on a nationwide tour for a Top Billboard R&B Artist.
But life hasn't been all rainbows and butterflies.
It’s brought its fair share of challenges as a professional, a father and a husband.

On a basic level, this is what I’m up to in the world…
→ My gift is to see the very best in humans and in systems
→ I see infinite potential in everything and everyone
→ I partner with those who are ready to unlock that infinite potential
In today’s world, this work is considered coaching and talent development.
I consider it more like systems work.

The truth is we live in a world full of systems.
There are individual systems that produce results.
This is You. You are a system.
And your system is filled with thinking, feeling, and behaving habits.
These are conscious and unconscious patterns that create your results.
And then of course, individual systems build corporate systems that produce results.
This is your workplace. Your family. Your community. Your city. Your nation. The interconnected reality in which you live in.
And the conscious and unconscious patterns and habits of these corporate systems is called…you may have heard of it…Culture.
My work is about understanding how these systems operate. What makes them tick. Where the dysfunctions lie. And how to repair and improve them. And optimize them. And help the humans within them thrive.
Does your individual system need support?
Unhappy with your results?
Let’s talk.
Is your organizational system lacking trust and an exciting path towards a thriving culture? Unhappy with your corporate results? Or have this nagging feeling that you’re leaving opportunity on the table?
Let’s talk.
